Academic manufacturing and structural-analysis project at UACH combining CNC process simulation with Siemens NX finite element analysis.
I programmed and verified machining sequences in a CNC simulator, reviewed toolpaths and material-removal strategies, and connected the digital workflow to design-for-manufacturability considerations. In parallel, I used Siemens NX to evaluate stress distribution, deformation, and safety-factor behavior for mechanical components under applied loads.
The project strengthened my ability to connect part design, virtual manufacturing, structural validation, and production constraints within a single engineering workflow.
